Co-Founder & Wealth Strategist
J. Chad Jordan, CFP®, serving as Wealth Strategist within Processus, is primarily responsible for navigating clients through Processus’ relationship management process. Chad works closely with each client to evaluate the client’s current financial condition, goals and objectives, as well as family and philanthropic interests. Accordingly, he develops, implements and maintains a written comprehensive financial plan for each client and ensures that the strategic asset allocation plan consistently aligns with the client’s evolving goals and objectives throughout their lifetime.
Chad has spent his entire career working within the Wealth and Investment Management industry. Prior to co-founding Processus, Chad was a Group Vice President leading the Williamson and Rutherford County Private Wealth Management team at SunTrust Bank. In this role, Chad managed the client relationship management activities for over 20 staff professionals responsible for delivering wealth management solutions to a diverse client base. In addition, Chad led the Business Owner’s Specialty Group at SunTrust, where he assisted commercial banking clients in addressing business succession and financial planning needs. Previously, Chad spent over a decade working in Private Banking, Fiduciary Services, and Investment Services divisions within two large commercial banks in Alabama, where he assisted clients with financial and estate planning, among other responsibilities.

Grady C. Tabor, CFA
Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Grady C. Tabor, CFA, in his capacity of Chief Investment Officer within Processus, is responsible for the development of the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and carrying out the day to day investment decisions for client accounts under management by Processus. Grady ensures that all asset allocation and security selection decisions are made in accordance with each client’s strategic asset allocation plan. He meticulously monitors each client’s investment requirements within their associated risk. Grady also communicates economic, portfolio performance, and trading history on a periodic basis.
Grady affirms his compliance with the CFA Institute Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct.
In the last decade, Grady has constructed and managed customized investment portfolios for high net-worth individuals and institutions. Prior to co-founding Processus, Grady managed over $300 million in assets for high net-worth individuals in SunTrust’s Private Wealth & Investment Management division. Before his tenure at SunTrust, Grady served as the co-Manager of the SouthTrust Large-Cap Growth Fund, and handled investment management services for high net worth individuals and institutional clients with more than $400 million in total assets under management. Throughout his career, Grady has maintained an area of focus which has included developing and managing discretionary investment management and asset allocation strategies.
